Listed prices include shipping. Checkout does not add a separate shipping line. Packing is discreet. Questions after an order goes to [email protected].
Shipping
US delivery
We ship to US addresses. The checkout country defaults to US. If you need another country, email [email protected] before you pay so we can confirm it.
After payment confirms, orders leave in 1–2 business days. Transit is typically 3–7 business days. Tracking goes to the order email when the carrier scan exists.
Returns
7 days for damaged, missing, or wrong items
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order id and photos. We replace or refund the item and cover return shipping on our error.
Opened consumables that arrived as described are not a change-of-mind return. Hardware that is unused and in original packing can be returned in that same 7-day window.
